n 晚上8點後入住 (或需要埔里車站–民宿的接駁(僅限六、日))，請於入住前告知我們為您安排。若無事先告知也聯絡不上，恕不退費及保留房間。
l 現場僅收現金、LINE Pay。有需要收據報銷可提前告知。注意，現場無刷卡機。
n 如有遺失磁扣，補償費用 NT$ 500 (希望不會發生，因為裝飾品在台灣買不到啊~~~~)

l 因衛生考量避免穿到別人的室內鞋，請依鞋櫃上的房間號碼放置， 我們會提前告知房號。
l 民宿全棟有Wi-Fi，請依各樓層Wi-Fi 名稱選用，以達最佳效果。密碼就在房內的住宿指南封面。

[ Check-in & Check-out ]
l The check-in time is between 3 pm – 8 pm.
n Please inform approximate arrival time either a day before or early in the day. If there is no prior contact before arrival, you could have to wait for 10mins at the gate. We will come to assist as soon as possible.
n You will get a passcode and a magnetic key card to enter and exit freely without time constraints.
n If you can only come after 8 pm(or need pick-up and drop-off service(only Sat & Sun) from and to the Puli Bus Station), please inform us to make an arrangement. We cannot promise to keep the room if we cannot get hold of you and there is no prior notification from you.
n Please bring along your I.D. / passport for room check-in. If you want to bring your children along (under 18), please be mined their safety.
l Due to limited spare beds, please notify us early if you need extra beds. (NT$ 300 pp.)
l We only take cash and LINE Pay. If you need a cash receipt for an account purpose, it can be pre-arranged.
Please note, that we don’t have a card machine here for credit cards.
l Please check out before 10 am, so our cleaner can have the room settled for the next guest. If you cannot check out before 10 am, there will be a late check-out fee.
n If you decided in the morning to extend your stay, there will be a discount available. (Only if there are still spare rooms)

l When check-out, please return the magnetic key card on the counter, thank you for your cooperation.
n There will be a replacement fee of NT$500 if the magnetic key card got lost. (We hope it will never happen, as the key ring can only be bought in South Africa.)
[ Let’s embrace a good accommodation quality ]
l Lounge is open for social gathering and chatting. You are welcome to use the TV.
n If you want to enjoy any hot food such as cup noodles, fried chicken or any food that smells could spread into the air, please kindly use them in the lounge on the ground floor. So to leave fresh air for the next guest.
n There is a nearby street with a primary school on it. There are several choices within short walking distance.
l Please limit and lower your speaking voice, phone and TV volume between 10 pm and 8 am the next day, as the walls did not have soundproof enforcement. So you don’t disturb other guests, thank you.
l We are equipped with firm foam latex pillows in the room. We have more puffy ones for prior arrangements.
l Please place your indoor shoes on the shelf according to room numbers to avoid wearing other person’s shoes which could have hygienic concerns. We will inform the room number before check-in.
l Please don’t use the bath towel as the bath mat as it will raise hygienic concerns.
l We have Wi-Fi throughout the building, please connect to the applicable floor for the best signal. There is Wi-Fi info on the cover of the guest directory in the room.
l Guest directory included a list of items you can use in the room, please read through, thank you.
n If you break any interior appliances, you will get charged to pay for the replacement value.
l The majority of the display items are all locally sourced from South Africa, please don’t touch or play with them to avoid any breakage.
l Our roll-up door, entrance door and room door are all password protected. Please close all the doors behind you to ensure safety during your stay.
n Roll-up door will be closed around 10 pm. You can use a password to enter or exit. The light in the public area will be switched off at about the same time.
Please mind your steps.
l For the extended stay guests, we will not enter the room for cleaning to avoid any controversy unless requested. However, we will provide a basket with all the necessary new toiletries outside the door, please help yourself. Please let us know if you don’t need them. You can just leave the used toiletries and refuse bags in the basket outside the door, we will clean them away.
l You can find a first aid kit on top of the water dispenser. You are welcome to use it when needed.
l Please keep your personal belongings secure. We take no responsibility if any losses occur.
[ Let’s cherish our environment ]
l The governing body has been promoting green travel. According to them, the less one-time toiletries used = less impact on the environment. However, from the guest’s perspective, we will still provide them but we would appreciate it if you could bring your own. Together, we can do our bits to ease the pressure we put on our planet.
l All electronics (TV, Air-condition) must be switched off before you leave the room.
l We are sorry to say that there are certain activities we are not allowed to happen in our guesthouse:
n No pets.
n All interiors (lounge, bedrooms, toilets, passages) are not allowed for smoking.
n Please don’t drink or gamble in the room
n All illegal activities are prohibited, such as drug taking, we will report to the police if we found out.
l Please keep the room as tidy as possible.

The guest house take or return deposits based on the standard form contract released by the Tourism Bureau.
If the guest cancelled the reservation on the same day of the reservation date, we keep 100% deposit.
If the guest cancelled the reservation 1 day before the reservation date, we keep 80% deposit.
If the guest cancelled the reservation 2-3 days before the reservation date, we keep 70% deposit.
If the guest cancelled the reservation 4-6 days before the reservation date, we keep 60% deposit.
If the guest cancelled the reservation 7-9 days before the reservation date, we keep 50% deposit.
If the guest cancelled the reservation 10-13 days before the reservation date, we keep 30% deposit.
If the guest cancelled the reservation more than 14 days before the reservation date, we return 100% deposit.
If there is alert from Central Weather Bureau regarding to typhoon, road closure, catastrophes or any other unforeseen circumstances, we will return your full deposit or reschedule your reservation date
